Australia has been hit by the biggest dust storm ever

We interrupt our travels to show some photos of the biggest dust storm we have ever experienced. The dust storm that left Sydney a bright orange and caused misery for airline passengers earlier today has now settled on Brisbane and is spreading across the state. Here are some pictures:

  1. Woah that looks surreal!!! Interesting shots! How long will the dust hang around? I guess you need some proper rain now to was it all away!

  2. Fantastische Bilder! Sieht aus wie auf dem Mars?! Gibt sicher viel zu tun, all den Staub wieder wegzukriegen...liebe Grüsse aus der Schweiz, Marianne und Stefan

  3. Wow that looks amazing. I bet it is awful to live with though!

  4. I’ve never seen a dust storm like that. That is horrible. I am really sorry that it hit your country.
